Tibetan TingSha chimes are traditionally used by Tibetan Buddhists to mark the beginning and end of meditation.
They are ideal for anyone interested in Buddhism or Spiritual work.
The sound is penetrating. You can chime either by:-
a) Slightly tapping them together (soft sound)
b) Holding the leather cord at the centre and swinging the chimes together so they strike each other strongly (loud sound)
The chimes have been carefully crafted using ancient Tibetan sand-blasting. After this each pair are individually hammered around the outer rim to produce the ideal pitch.

Each chime measures about 65mm across and is held together by a strong leather strap (250 mm).
